As you’ve mentioned, and as the email clearly states, we will hear ‘before the 12th Feb’. The email does not read ‘on the 12th Feb’, meaning that it is possible that we could hear sooner🤞

Very well said!! Everyone's already very stressed and nervous, there's no need to be nasty! The email says BEFORE not on 12th Feb so you don't know if it might be before. Good luck to everyone and sending good vibes

Me too very anxious! But we did our best and if the BBC doesn't value us someone else will. Journalism is a hard industry to work in but that doesn't mean any of us should give up if we are not chosen. We all have a story to tell!
