Hi everyone, I really want to get into a Rolls Royce degree apprenticeship for Electronic and Electrical Engineering. Does anyone have any tips??

Hi there, I got an offer from Rolls Royce for Electronic and Electrical Engineering last year, so I've been through the exact process you're about to go through. I can offer a few quick tips now.

•

Make sure you have lots of work experience and achievements for your CV - you need to be able to evidence that you have EVERY skill in the job description

•

Make sure you do lots of research about Rolls-Royce - I can help with this (just private message me if you want details)

•

Ensure you know a lot about sustainability - this is a key value of Rolls-Royce so you need to be able to talk about it

•

Practise for the online testing, virtual interview and assessment centre
