Hi @Guldana,
The QTS is essentially the license the teach so yes, you require the QTS (which is often offered alongside the PGCE) to be a fully qualified teacher. The PGCE (most likely with QTS) is a postgrad course which you would complete after your original degree. I am assuming that you are currently studying a degree and are looking at options for the future,
