A list of every secretary in the hospital is exceptionally unlikely to exist. We don’t even have a list of every secretary within my department (not Glos)!

Main options:
(1) Call the education dept, ask them if there’s a formal system for organising electives within the Trust.

(2) Call switchboard and ask to be put through to the secretaries of whichever department you would like to do an elective in. Ask the secretary they put you through to, for names / email addresses etc that way.
