Functional Skills Maths result/ Level 2 GCSE Equivalent

Hi, I am struggling to understand my maths result from years ago. (Around 2011) I need to provide my GCSE result as part of employment or courses I'm interested in but cant interpret the result. I failed my initial gcse maths so re-sat it under an Access to higher education course. My results show as

'Level 2 GCSE
Equivalent Units-

Foundations in Mathematics
L2- (Grade) Achieved

Theories and Perspectives in Mathematics
L2- (Grade) Achieved

Topics and Themes in Mathematics
L2- (Grade) Achieved

Practical Skills in Mathematics
L2- (Grade) Achieved

I need to put down a grade A-C but achieved doesn't tell me what the grade is. Any ideas?
