I'm applying for accommodation at the University of Bristol right now, and it asks you to declare any things they need to know that may change what accommodation you need (Social anxiety being one of them). I suffer from anxiety, and have had both NHS and privately funded therapy, but don't have a formal written diagnosis. Would it still be appropriate to list it, and would they ask for a formal written diagnosis?

I'm not looking to get the 20% reduction for disabled students, not DSA, just a consideration for accommodation.
