How long should I wait to hear back about work experience?
So just under a week ago I sent an email to Oxford Brookes asking one of their department if they had any work experience placements open for year 12 for the week I mentioned. I know now is still too soon to expect to have heard anything back, especially since they’re probably super busy, but does anybody have an idea of when I could expect to hear back or at what point I should chase them up if I haven’t heard anything? Especially since I’m really eager about this. Thanks!!!!!🙃

Personally, I would wait no longer than two weeks before sending a polite follow up email. It would be worth discussing this with your college/6th form for their advice as well.
