Mature student applying without accredited qualifcations

I am looking to apply for a foundation degree, a lot of the requirements are BBB or CCC, now I did a Access course HE Maths, Physics & Engineering back in 2017 and I have been reivising.
Has anyone here had success with applying to Uni and getting accepted ?

Foundation degree or degree with foundation year? The two aren't the same thing.
Generally though universities want to see some recent study within the last 3 years - Access courses are often accepted but as yours is 7 years old they might want to see e.g. an A-level or an OU module or something you've done recently.
