Geography or economics at IGCSE Edexcel.

I'm confused about my choice of IGCSE at Edexcel, please advise.
Our school takes IBDP in the final year. In recent years, our school have averaged near perfect marks in Business Management and Economics in the DP, so I intend to choose one or the other. For university I want to study medicine, so I will choose Biology and Chemistry in HL in DP.
I am not sure whether I would prefer Geography or Economics in Group 3 as I will be taking Business in Group 6 at IGCSE.
In the science area of the IGCSE, I will study biology, chemistry and physics, so I really don't want to spend as much time as possible in the social area.
