According to the "EAL Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations" page (here) on the EAL web site, this qualification "has been designed for learners undertaking specific pathways within the Welsh Apprenticeship Pathway". I mention that because I suspect it explains why the specification (which you can download from the same page) is entirely in Welsh. As a non-Welsh speaker, it's not easy to make much sense of.
Hopefully (a) you'll be able to make more sense of it, and (b) it will detail how you practical and theory work is marked.
