You can pop in the main Queen Mary campus in Mile End for a self-guided tour or book yourself into a guided tour - details for both here: https://www.qmul.ac.uk/study/explore-our-campuses/campustours/

For the medical school bit, I'm afraid that's not possible. Only a little bit of teaching for the Medicine degree takes place in Mile End, the rest takes place down the road in the Whitechapel campus, which isn't open for tours and you'd need to be a student to be shown around and granted access to the buildings. Sorry :frown:
