UCAS finally sent off for media courses...what do u think of my choices?

1 - Northumbria - Media Production
2 - Leeds - Cinema and Photography
3 - Cardiff - Journalism, Film & Media
4 - Northumbria - Media and Journalism
5 - Bournement - Communications and Media

Northumbria require an interview and want a portfolio of work
yet i dont do media at A Level coz my school doesnt do it
So i have no work!?!

Cardiff is meant to be good for journalism/media and that kind of thing. I was going to apply there but didnt have the AAB they wanted at A level =(
And Leeds of course is amazing for everything!

I'm applying for journalism film and media at Cardiff :smile:

Haven't heard anything from them and its been a while...

As for the portfolio... hmm, you could just make some stuff on Photoshop if you can? Perhaps write some reports (journalism), draw some storyboards for a beginning of a film or something? :smile:

Well Northumbria is my top choice for Media Production, seems like a brilliant place to be. Dont worry about the portfolio, the above suggestions are good but you wont need much.
