Would you rather go to your 3rd choice? Where have you applied and for which courses?
A lot of popular courses are unlikely to take many people from 2nd choice, let alone 3rd. Declining might leave you with a very small chance of getting in anywhere...

that's what i'm worried about, declining my 2nd choice then not getting in to my 3rd. But i would rather go to my 3rd choice therefore would be willing to take the risk i think than settle with somewhere i don't want to go to.

My 2nd choice is hertfordshire and my 3rd is now an FdA at Byam Shaw - i only just found out about this course and would prefer it to hertfordshire.

I would advise contacting UCAS about this change. The quicker, the better. Good luck.

i have and they've already sent my application to hertfordshire, so i guess i have no choice but to wait for my interview date, attend it and go from there
