Fashion Design at Leeds Uni?

I recently went for a visit to The University of Leeds and being an International Student (Channel Islands) it wasn't easy to organise the trip (flights, etc). I was disappointed at the fact that I was unable to see any of the facilities or talk to anyone about the course as there were some sort of assessments going on.

If there's anyone on the Fashion Design course right now or applying for it, it would be helpful if you could give any of your personal experiences/opinions or any information on pros and cons of the course and the place itself?

leeds university is academic so they accept on grades they dont actually require a portfolio interview but for a creative and visual course grades dont really cut it. my tutor warned us about these unis you can see the logic :smile:
