Romeo and Juliet (although we only read 2-3 pages worth, and watched the movie with DiCaprio), Wuthering Heights (only read one chapter) and Hobson's Choice (watched the film).

There wasn't much reading in my English Lit class.

Baring in mind that it was 2005 - 7 when I studied for my GCSES (and with AQA - wonder if they've changed things?), I did....

    An Inspector Calls
    Of Mice and Men
    Great Expectations
    Romeo & Juliet
Poems from Different Cultures & Duffy & Armitage.

We studied To Kill a Mockingbird. Studied is a bit of a strong word really; I read up to page 112 and got bored. Lucked out with an exam question that was the same as in our mock exam.

    'Romeo and Juliet'

'Of Mice and Men' and 'AQA Moon on the Tides Poetry Anthology' (Conflict poems) for the exam. BUT I did do coursework on Curley's Wife (and she came up in the exam! woo! :woo: ).

The parts of your post I selected, I did the same. But instead of a second novel we did 'AQA Sunlight on the Grass, Short stories anthology'

Of Mice and Men, Animal Farm, A View from the Bridge, Romeo & Juliet. Didn't finish one of them in class, and only really read about 10 pages of each of the plays!
