Symbol for thermistor:
Symbol for multimeter set to measure resistance (ohmmeter):
1st experiment circuit is simply the thermistor connected both ends to the ohmmeter.
2nd experiment circuit. (replace the resistor with the thermistor symbol and label the supply with 10V.
