Physics Centripetal force

This question isn't on the paper that I am showing but what would the force on the BAR be when the person holding onto the bar horizontally? (ie perpendicular to the position of the figures shown)

It depends on whether the gymnast remains rigid (as stated in question) and whether they are static or moving.
If they are perfectly rigid but non-moving, then the force is just the weight of the gymnast (otherwise they would move).
If they are perfectly rigid but moving (assuming they have fallen from the position in first figure), then it's twice their weight.
