Manchester sent me a couple of emails, which were useless, frankly.
York took me to see one of the rooms in one of their colleges.
UCL gave me nothing on their applicants' day. I found the address to their accommodation website myself, which has to be the most painstaking method of looking at what there is to offer.
And then I applied to Lancs twice, who gave me double the information. They gave me more than enough information, especially in comparison to how much I know my friends have recieved from theirs.
Actually I'm really confused now. Yes, accommodation brochures. Giving me the information about the colleges and accommodation offered. Isn't that enough? I am at a loss to think about what else they might need to give you. What else could you possibly need? A College dean to personally visit you and verbally present the information with the assistance of an interactive slideshow? A teleportation device to take you to the individual rooms to allow you to make a more informed decision?
