How do I get good on chemistry calculations

Last year I was so close to an A for my paper but calculations really let me down. If it wasn't for them, I would have been at a comfortable A :/ But i SUCK at calculations. How do I do it? ;[ where do I begin?

Practice!

Maybe if you give an example I could show you how I would work through the question?

Do you have any examples you find difficult? Chemistry calculations are usually of sub GCSE standard and involves a bit of algebra, the tricky part is understanding what calculations are actually needed.
