Can you apply through clearing if you haven't submitted an application?

I've left it late but I finally know what I want to do. Is this possible?

Thanks

Yes you are late but you can still apply now. Standard applications aren't closed yet. You don't have to wait until clearing.

You can apply now, pick 5 choices, and see what happens. If nowhere accepts you then you can wait until Clearing. If you do this then you've got the advantage of possibly getting everything sorted earlier rather than waiting until the last minute.

Or, you can leave it a bit and just apply through Clearing. Any applications sent after June will just use Clearing, and not get the earlier choices. You just send a standard UCAS application but after June the choices bit won't appear.

You can try to bypass UCAS altogether. Some unis will allow you to apply at Clearing time, but using a different method. The advantage is that you don't need to pay the UCAS application fee, but the disadvantage is that not all unis will allow this.
