Hello, I've received a letter from the EA asking me for additional information such as Documents from Home Office showing my status and Immigration Status Document but I don't have them. Where can I apply for such documents and how long does it take to receive them?

Don't have them? They are probably the most important documents if you are in that position! I have no idea really but I've found this so just in contact with them and make sure that you do not incriminate yourself.
UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) aims to process all applications for citizenship, naturalisation and nationality within 6 months.You’ll be sent a letter from UKVI after 6 months to update you on the progress of your application. I have no idea if that's the right number but it should be- if not they'll put you through to the right department.
I'd do it as soon as possible especially for Student Finance.
