Obviously Yes.
It depends on the course and also which uni. Oxford places more weight on a % of A*s. If for example, you were applying for oxford medicine then no as most applicants have 10-11 A*s. But for Cambridge you should be fine for most courses.
I'm probably going to study geography or history. Also with GCSE Italian next year I'll have 7.5 A*s
