Honestly don’t stress, aim for a 7. Even if you do get a 6 in Lit, Language is the one that’s more important. Cambridge are a bit less harsh with gcses than oxford, and there’s other great universities that’d be happy with those grades.
Make sure your personal statement and A-levels stand out!

What subject are you thinking about applying for?

Yes your grades are great, Oxford place more emphasis on GCSEs than Cambridge and they are often considered in the context of your school, I don't think your application would be declined on the basis of just those GCSE grades alone, although they are only one part of the application

Mate, you haven't even got the grades back yet, and are still in year 11. Get your grades back at least before worrying about this.

They would be okay for Cambridge, but maybe a problem for Oxford, especially if it is Medicine. But most Oxbridge applicants have 4 9s and/or 8s, or in other words at least 4A*'s at GCSE and above.

Which degree courses are you considering applying to at Cambridge or Oxford?

probably, depends on so many other factors that GCSEs aren't the be all end all.
My elder cousin's friend applied for Computer Science at King's College, Cambridge University in October 2001 with only 5Bs and 4Cs (days when most Cambridge applicants had mostly A grades with the odd A* at GCSE) and got invited for interview. But his interview went very bad, as he had not prepared for the A-Level Further Maths content. But the second interview was very good. Although he had AAAa predicted in A-Level Maths, Physics, Chemistry and AS-Level Further Maths, he did not cope well with the interviews. So it proves, that GCSEs, won't matter much at all for Cambridge University, especially if you have strong A-Level predicted grades and good interviews. In the end, he went to Imperial College London and studied BSc Computer Science.
