I don't think so...they automatically reject you in 2 weeks, unless they sent you an invitation....

I only applied to a handful and am waiting to hear back from them all- Credo, Booz and OC&C.

Oh, and I failed the OW tests...

They are really hard...right?

I don't think anyone could finish all of them

They certainly were tricky questions and obviously the time element is a problem...Think it was the verbal reasoning that let me down though, found that a lot harder than the maths (which is odd as I study an essay subject and stopped maths at AS level!)

Agreed... and the noisy environment isn't helping either!

The lady took all of us into one room where there wasn't enough space!

Just had a rejection after first round OW. Case study was very different to what I was expecting, which was a standard business case. It was more a series of short mental maths questions, which I wasn't really prepared for. Still, positive experience, so good luck to everyone still waiting on that.

I'm Austrian and only came to the UK to do my Master's here. My plan was always to go back home afterwards and start my career there

I guess they don't even look at CV before that

Isn't it an IT consulting? I didn't apply
Its a strange one with Credo. I spoke to a guy who had been passed through today, and some have had rejections, but I haven't heard either way. Hoping for something tomorrow. They are a really good firm, very keen to work there.

I didn't apply for MBB in the first place. I was unlikely to get there anyway, so worked on other applications instead.

There are quite a few smaller firms on my list who accept speculative applications. Will send some off to them.

Chatting to my stepmum last night, we will all have very long careers, and this will be the first job of many. I think the stress of it all, is a lack of plan B. I don't really know what else I could possibly do, and that is really stressy.

Yeah, I think at least from the target schools they just invite everyone for the tests and then short-list with respect to the scores. I say this because I received my test invite almost instantaneously after submitting the application and there is no way they would have gone through my CV / cover letter till then keeping in mind the no of applicants!
