the exams themselves are fairly cheap...about £20-30 each....but the costs will be actually learning the stuff as you may need to get a tutor for each subject or go to a private school as state won't allow you to enter....however much that costs depends on you
You can go to an FE College. These are usually available to people aged between 16 and 19. There is also the possibility of doing an evening class. The advantage of this is that they organise the exam on your behalf and you are tutored.

You can enter the exam as a private candidate, but need to make appropriate arrangements for the authentication of coursework. This is usually done by a tutor or distance learning provider. It is possible to enter for the exam at any centre willing to accept you, but some change an accomodation fee in addition to the cost of the exam.

As you are in Spain, you might like to consider the International GCSE. These are usually easier to arrange because the assessment is 100% external. However, they are not offered in UK state schools. Only the private sector offer them, but they are accepted in the same way as standard GCSEs for university entry.
