syallabus 4 first yr(watever we'll be doing, briefly) engineering, eny1 ?

any 1 has any idea what he/she should get ready 4 when starting lectures, will it be a whole new thing(sh*tty!), or there will be a recap of what has been learnt in Colleges? :confused:

yea i will want to know too.

basically there will be engineering maths, thermodynamics, mechanics, etc. also depends on what engineering discipline you are doing

Like andy said, it depends on what discipline you are doing but.......

Maths for the first semester will be a recap of a-levels. In the fist week you will have a maths test. this will help them guage your ability and level of extra tutoring needed, if at all.

the rest will be pretty new very quick. You will study statics, mechanics, thermo and fluid dynamics, and core engineering principles.
