Your not alone, all pakistani/south asians are treated like that, it's just how it is. You just have to deal with it, and then at uni you can have that social life you wanted, but your family does come first dude. You can't leave them, it's not right.

tell ur parents that you dont like these restrictions and (if you are) tell them that you are a muslim by choice and not by birth and hopefully they will realize that you have grown up a bit and not child anymore
