A2 Edexcel English language and literature A Personal Moment?

Hi there, so for this year the theme of my coursework is a personal moment and I'm not clear on exactly what that means. I have to do one piece of literary writing and 2 one piece of non-fiction writing. Could anyone properly explain what they actually mean by a personal moment and possibly give me a simple example of doing a non-fiction writing for one? My teachers weren't clear at all. When I asked they simply told me to write about something I liked and simply said that it was hard to explain because it was vague. That's left me nothing to go on. Could anyone else help?
