Which year group is the most annoying?

I work in a school and it's deffo year 8 that are the worst. A few teachers have said to me one year 8 class in the school is the worst behaved class they have ever seen in their entire career.

The year 8s for sure. There are a little group of them called 'The Orange Faces' for reasons you can probably work out!

Year 8s by far are the most annoying!! The fact that they're not in year 7 anymore makes them gain this irritating confidence as though they're all of a sudden so worldly wise. It's especially bad when year 7s are in the vicinity and the year 8s are not so subtly trying to show off their superiority because wow, they're a whole year older than them! It bugs me every year.

This is how it is in my school
Year 7 - running around, big bags, gobbing off to older years
Year 8 - Think they own the place, where most of the roadmen/smack talkers are
Year 9/10 - too much makeup, gobbing off to teachers, never following the rules
Year 11 - quite chill, laughing and picking on the young year 7 and 8's, exams
Sixth form - top of the school, much more responsibility, having to set an example to the rest of the school
I don't have much to say about year 7's because I've just finished year 7. I've just said what i can remember from their induction day at our school

At my school, the year 10s are the worst. They have the worst reputation for bullying, even the teachers hate them. However, generally, as cute and excitable as year 7s are, they are a tiny bit annoying for the older kids who just want to walk to class because they are in that stage where they push and shriek at each other. In year 9 upwards, you start to think pushing and screaming is childis, a lot of them have not matured enough to know this and it is always year 7 boys.

Mmmmm this is a pretty hard question! I'd have to say year 9's and 10's
Im in year 10 and i dont think SLT like us that much lol. Year 7's and 8's are pretty innocent...for now anways. Its just the year 9's......they drive me nuts and they are so rudeeeeeee. The year 11's are quite funny to me tho lol. Year 12 and 13 are lovely!

In my school, the year 7s are generally alright but 8s, 9s and 10s are the most annoying. Cant stand them .

Rolling up sleeves in minus temperatures, shaving eyebrows and thinking they’re the dogs *******s are some of the reasons.😂

Ok I know this thread was from like 4 years ago but ya know

Year 7s are really weird and annoying, they still act like primary school children and just don’t fit in with the rest of the school lmao
Year 8s are quite cocky and try to look older than they actually are e.g wearing loads of makeup and arriving late to lesson etc
Year 9s (my year) are probably the worst by far, pretty much most of the fights n all that takes place in that year, and loads of kids suddenly think it’s cool to get in trouble
Year 10s are just plain miserable, not all but a lot of them. It’s the year where work begins so no one really messes around that much in that year
Year 11s are just... meh, pretty much same as year 10 but more depressed
Sixth form are suit wearing gods who get special privileges such as free periods and getting to leave lesson early. They’re pretty much young adults and are yet to leave school.
