I guess it depends on why you want to do a martial art.

Self defence? Krav Maga or Wing Chun.
Confidence? Martial arts will almost always boost your confidence. Choose one that you will enjoy for extra boost.
Fitness? Boxing, probably.
Stamina? Kick boxing.

What do you want, and why? Think about that, then move on to *which* one.
