I usually go with 'what-ho', 'salutations' or 'how do you do?'

I usually say hello and it comes out fine.

I hate it when people say "Hi, you alright" What do you say back?! Do you say: I'm fine how are you? Or: I'm fine. Or just: Hello. I never know what to say!
