Applying to study medicine from Ireland

Hi guys,

I'm applying from Ireland to study medicine. So I've picked my universities and just wondering are these realistic based on my grades. I finished my Leaving Certificate(A-levels equivalent) in June and achieved the following grades:
English - A1
Irish - A1
Maths - A2
Biology - A1
Chemistry - A1
Physics - A2
Spanish - A1
Applied Maths - A1
(A1 = 90%+ and A2 = 85% - 90%)

While my Junior Certificate(GCSE equivalent) results were as follows:

Irish: A
Maths: A
English: A
History: A
Science: A
CSPE: A
Spanish: A
Business studies: A
Materials Technology(Wood): B
Religious Education: B
Geography: B

(A = 85%+ and B = 70% - 85%)

I'm thinking of applying to the following;
Cambridge
UCL
Edinburgh
Queen's Belfast

I'm just wondering what do you guys think my chances are with grades like this.
