Biomedical Science Or Healthcare Science?

Hey - first post here :eek:

Basically, I'm studying my A2 year at college, and I'm pretty sure I want to go into medicine. I've done some research and found out you can get into medical school with a high-grade degree. I've also read some things people have said about preferring to enter this way as it allows more time to gain more medical knowledge whilst studying a degree beforehand, and I'd prefer to do it that way too.

Now my question, I was just wondering if anybody had any idea which would be a better university course to take to prepare for medical school? I've looked at both the Biomedical Science courses and the Healthcare Science courses, and they both seem really good, but which one would be better to take with the intention of going to med school after? :s-smilie:
