short term work within Europe or abroad???

Hello,
I am currently seeking help on trying to go about finding short term work within Europe or abroad on a 1-3 month basis. I know of a few people who have managed to do this but lost contact with them, so i know it is possible. need new experiences whilst travelling and at first not being away from home for too long because I have a boyfriend still studying in the uk at home. I am 19 and looking for any sort of work within hospitality, bar work, photography, volunteer work, customer service or teaching English.

open to any suggestions, any help will be much appreciated.
