Senior Exit Crisis!

The field of study I would like to pursue is medical. I'm looking towards being a trauma surgeon. In this project I have to do, I Have to involve the community and educate on what I want to do. Problem is, You cant really involve your community on Trauma surgery. I really need ideas, I am desperate.
