house mate wanted! private accommodation 2014-2015

Ok, so I've been given a placement next year, so I need to find someone who can take my room off me.

Summary of the house:
7 people (5 girls, 1 guy and then you)
located at lower end of Rhymney Street (not going to publish which number)
Less than a minute from Tesco's express
3 popular student pubs 30 seconds away (Gassy Jacks, The Vulcan, Koko Gorilaz)
I (so you) pretty much have a shower/toilet to yourself
double bed
and there's 2 fridge-freezers, so 7 people doesn't mean no room for food.
and all the other housemates get along fine, so no arguments which many houses suffer from.

The only kick in the teeth is the rent is £330 excluding bills (think they work out about £30/month each).
