University application

I want to apply to the university of edinburgh. I have already done a year of college in the United States. I however want to start all over in the UK, i didn't do so well in college. My highschool GPA and SATs were top notch.
My question is, can i leave out the fact that i have already taken a year of college in my UCAS or do I have to put it down.
