english language 2 marks off worth remark?

i did the foundation paper and including controlled assessments i got 178 i needed 180 for a C should i get it remarked?? need help?

I'd definitely get it remarked. It's really close to a C, and it's not like getting an F and wanting an E, the difference between a D and a C is quite significant.

the fact that you're two marks off shows it's unlikely you're going to go down a grade, even if it doesn't go up, so you have nothing to lose! Good luck!

Examiners are highly unlikely to know of your current marks. The only case they may know of your mark is if it has been marked by hand, rather than online. This only tends to happen when you use a different coloured pen, I think.
