So we all got to choose another course that isn't medicine, so I was wondering what is everyone thinking of choosing and what is your back up plan if you get 4 medical rejections and the other course offered?
At the moment I'm considering neuroscience at Kings, or neuroscience & medicinal science at Keele- I honestly think I would take a gap year though, even if I was offered one of these. With King's it's a course I would enjoy, but it would be as a pathway to medicine, whereas Keele would be instead of medicine (and I would not be ready to give up just yet!)
Last year I didnt put a 5th on the basis that if I got AAA id want to reapply and take a gap year. And that if I didn't id need to have the gap year to reconsider what course I would want to do enough not just jump into one for the sake of uni. Also there's sooooooo much good stuff in clearing it's not an issue at all.
