Changing Universities and course

I've just been in contact with SFE t my change course and institution, from the OU to the University of Leicester doing a BA in Archaeology DL FT, I wanted to check if the course code they have given me is correct, UARV23DN, because it has supposed to have just been added to the HEI database, but I wasn't given a clear answer other than to find the CO1 form and send it off, however that form is only for full time students not part time students like me, and it even says on my account and gov.UK website any changes of circumstances have to be made over the phone. So I'm stuck and don't know what to do. Can you tell me is the course code correct and has been added to the HEI database and how do I go about changing my application soon, as I need this sorting out as I leave the country for two weeks at the end of the month and my course start on the 6/10/2014.
