Application fee waiver request!
So far I know that my counselor can write a fee waiver request on my behalf and post it to the corresponding colleges.
But is there any specific way that it has to be written? Like, any formats?
Because I'm assuming just "This student is very financially disadvantaged" would cut it.

For mine last year, there was an option in the Common App. My careers advisor just ticked a box and all my apps were free. I'm not sure if that's the same this year or not but it was very efficient for me and didn't involve me calling or posting anything to individual colleges. This may have changed, though.

Nah, my counselor definitely has to write something. I just don't know in what form.
