Non-traditional jobs?
Hi all,
I was just finished reading this article: https://hbr.org/2014/04/the-ceo-of-automattic-on-holding-auditions-to-build-a-strong-team
I've got an advanced degree in business/management. I'm interested in companies such as Automattic, which most of their employees work somewhere other than at their home base. Some are even nomads, traveling from place to place and couch to couch.
Unfortunately, it appears that working arrangement like that only available for IT companies or software engineering-type jobs.
Is there any other companies that have working arrangement like that? Particularly non-IT companies?
