I'm unconditional, and in New Bridge Street. Conditional offer holders won't find out until results day, don't worry.

You should get two emails through. The first will just let you know what accommodation you're being offered, and the second will be your tenancy agreement.

Flat 262 is on floor 4 which is the highest floor in the accommodation (it's actually called level 8 because it's on top of the Tesco Superstore in Gateshead).
