Hi all,

Has anyone taught Unit 9 - Spreadsheet Development?

I am using the authorised assignment brief from the Edexcel/Pearsons website - based on producing a spreadsheet system for a local football club.

Does anyone have any templates for a spreadsheet based on this scenario?

I have started to build my own and am worried I am starting to over complicate my model.

Do you think a Data Entry or User from should be used? Or should the data entry system be more simple at this level.

I was planning on ensuring my distinction students include
- macros
- conditional formatting
- if statements and nested ifs
- cell protection.
- validation etc

Basically the more complex elements of Excel. Unfortunately there is no model assignment on the website for this unit of work.

Any help for this unit would be great.
