16 but haven't got my national insurance number yet
ok it's been almost a week now but nothing yet...what do i do?
Post is probably pretty busy at this time of year, I'd say wait a month or so before chasing it up. Although if you've changed addresses or something recently you should probably ring them up.

oh i thought they try to send just before i turn 16? guess it's extending for a bit since it's nearly xmas then?

As others have said, it's an incredibly busy time of year. If you have not received it within 2 weeks (or so) you could always try giving the number a call and asking

Tbh I don't remember whether I got mine before or after, lol. But yeah since it's Xmas and all, they might be a bit delayed is all.

What class do they send it in ? first or second or something else?
They'd use a prepaid postage envelope, whether that's first or second class I cannot recall.
