Yeah I only applied to one uni and I had to make them my firm to get the offer they give me, so don't worry you can do that. :smile:

You can apply to up to 5 universities.

Once you get all of your offers, you then choose which you want as your firm and which you want as your insurance.

if you only applied to two and got offers for 1, then you can only put the one you have an offer for as your firm choice. You could also decline it and go into UCAS extra and clearing if you preferred.

If you had applied for 5 then you would pick 2, if you get the entry for your firm then you go to that university, if not and you get the entry for your insurance, you would go to your insurance university. If you missed the grades for both you would go into clearing.
