Architecture at Edinburgh - does it take only 4 years to MArch?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if the 4 years at Edinburgh provide qualification to MArch? Normally, it takes 5 years of studying (3 of BSc or BA and then the next 2 years) + 2 of practice (if not more, such as 4 years to BSc at Bath), while here it seems to be 4 years + practice. So being an undergraduate from Edinburgh gives you a RIBA part II graduate equivalent?

Thanks!

No, the 4 year course is just an MA(hons) Part 1 degree, in which you could also get part 1 from the 3 year BA option.
