To get an A with the B in the ISA, I'd say that you should be aiming to get at least a B on one paper and an A on the other, just so it is secure.
I got an A* in my ISA for additional, my teacher told me if I aimed for BB in the exams I would achieve an A overall, so that's where my advice comes from.
