Predicted Grades Help??

I've currently finished taking my 3 AS subject exams (Maths, Bio and Chem) and I was hoping for AAA but i seriously think i Got ABB at maximum. I wish to go to University for Dentistry and was wondering, if I actually do get ABB on August 17th (results day), then are those counted as my predicted grades? Or who has a say on what my actual predicted grades are? I'm struggling to understand this whole concept.

( P.S: My chemistry and Biology AS Grades wont actually count as an AS grade according to my teachers if i wish to continue it, so they'll be similar to like a "mock grade" )

Also can I improve/get better predicted grades somehow? And how will i know what my predicted grades actually are? Will they be on my results envelope alongside my actual Grades? Or will i have to get them from school or whatever?
