Grant and Loan Overpayment?
I have finished my first year in university. Whilst applying for my second year's finance I received a letter from the people at Student Finance.
I was given a full loan/grant for my first year because my family isn't very well off. But now they're saying that I've been overpaid by some £3000 because I didn't provide "proof."
I'm very much aware that we provided proof as we filled out multiple forms, and sent off multiple bank statements, enough for them to have given me the money in the first place.
I don't know what to do, do I have to send them the old forms once again or is their decision final? I've sent off my proof for my year2 so I'm hoping that will fix things..
